Peter is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Immigration Law. He is a senior partner in Mobility Law, a Toronto-based law firm that has been active exclusively in the area of immigration law for more than 35 years.
Over the past 30 years, Peter has represented employers and industry groups seeking to facilitate the entry of qualified and talented individuals into Canada. He has lectured at legal, commercial, academic, government and parliamentary hearings on immigration law and policy.
Peter regularly comments on immigration issues in the media, appeared before the Parliamentary Committee on Citizenship and Immigration, and wrote a study on Canadian and US Border Issues for the Canadian Policy Think Tank, the CD Institute. Howe (“The Border Papers”).
Peter is recognized by LEXPERT and WHO’s WHO LEGAL, as a leader in the field in the field of business immigration, “consistently recommended”.
