Senior Lawyer

As an Associate Lawyer, Ksenija brings more than 12 years of experience advising corporate and individual clients on the full spectrum of Canadian business immigration matters. Her practice encompasses work permits, Labour Market Impact Assessments, CUSMA applications, permanent residence pathways, citizenship applications, and inadmissibility applications. Her advocacy experience spans the full range of judicial and administrative forums, from the Immigration and Refugee Board to the Supreme Court of Canada.

Prior to joining Mobility Law, Ksenija worked with leading Canadian and American immigration law firms, advising large multinational corporations with their needs and representing clients in complex immigration and refugee matters at all levels of the immigration system. She has consistently delivered strategic guidance on regulatory compliance and immigration program eligibility.
