Eleanor Somerleigh BA, JD is a qualified US Attorney-at-Law (Colorado) and a Canadian Barrister and Solicitor (Ontario). She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Canadian Bar Association (CBA/OBA) and is recognized as a leading practitioner in corporate immigration law by WHO’S WHO LEGAL.

Eleanor has over 35 years’ experience offering legal advice and solutions to assist corporate and individual clients in navigating complex areas of Canadian and US immigration. She provides immigration advice and strategies to facilitate the mobility of professionals, executives, managers and skilled personnel in a variety of industries across the US/Canada border. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and individuals. For all her clients, Eleanor crafts straightforward legal solutions to address each client’s goals and objectives of operating successfully, as success often depends on the ability to cross national borders to seek international business opportunities.
