Shashini Abeysinghe

Associate Attorney

Shashini brings more than a decade of diverse and sophisticated legal experience to Mobility Law, advising individuals, families, and organizations across multiple jurisdictions. Shashini began her tenure with Mobility Law as an immigration law clerk, where her exceptional legal acumen and commitment to client service quickly distinguished her. Following her successful completion of the Canadian lawyer licensing process, she now represents clients in a wide range of immigration matters, including temporary residence applications, permanent residence pathways, and complex immigration processes involving both personal and corporate interests.

Prior to joining Mobility Law, Shashini was a respected attorney-at-law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka and a Lecturer with the Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology in the areas of Tort and Civil Remedies, Corporate Law and Intellectual Property law and with the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology in Tort, European Union Law, and Business Law. She was a legal apprentice at the Attorney General’s Department, Sri Lanka. Shashini is dedicated to providing thoughtful, strategic, and culturally informed legal guidance, drawing on her extensive international background to support clients navigating Canada’s immigration system.
