He also has extensive experience assisting skilled worker and business applicants seeking permanent residence in Canada, as well as those seeking temporary status, including Canadian work permits. Kevin has often been invited to speak at conferences of Canadian immigration lawyers and in recent years, for example, has written and spoken concerning issues surrounding the new residency obligations of Canadian permanent residents. Kevin also teaches Law to senior secondary school students in Toronto. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Immigration and Education Law sections of the OBA.

After several years in rural Ontario, including living in a log house, Kevin has recently returned to Toronto where he lives with his son in the Beaches neighbourhood. Kevin dabbles in several sports but primarily thinks of himself as a hockey goalie.
